01How are your rates this cheap?+
You ship on pre-negotiated USPS Commercial Base pricing, the tier normally reserved for very high volume shippers. We pass the full discount through, up to 95% off what the counter charges. Same trucks, same drivers, same delivery.
02Which services can I ship with?+
USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, all at commercial rates. The cheapest option for each parcel is picked automatically, and more carriers are on the roadmap.
03Do I need a credit card to sign up?+
No. You create an account and explore live rates with no card on file. When you are ready to ship, you top up a prepaid balance, so there is never a surprise charge and never a monthly fee.
04Is my shipment insured and tracked?+
Every label includes free USPS tracking. Ground Advantage and Priority Mail include up to $100 of insurance built in, and Priority Mail Express carries an on-time or money-back guarantee. Extra coverage can be added at checkout.
05Can I print labels in bulk?+
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of orders and every address is validated and every label generated in one pass, usually 100+ labels in seconds. 4 by 6 files are thermal-printer ready.
06Does it work with my store?+
Orders and tracking sync with Shopify, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and more, and a REST API covers anything custom.
07What happens to labels I do not use?+
Void an unused label and the full amount returns to your balance. Return labels are scan-based, so they cost nothing until a carrier actually scans them.
